Tasks:
You will identify customer needs quickly and professionally and develop individual strategies and solution concepts. Taking responsibility for complex customer projects and ensuring project success is in your blood. You manage your projects and customer relationships independently and lead your project teams. You work continuously with account management and develop your customer relationships independently to generate consulting assignments and follow-up projects. You will support our sales department in acquiring new customers and preparing offers. 
Profile:
You have many years of experience in the IT management environment. You know the interrelationships and dependencies of enterprise IT infrastructures (data center, cloud, network, etc.) and enterprise IT applications (M365, SAP, etc.) in detail and know how to use them successfully with appropriate IT process management according to proven standards (ITIL, COBIT, etc.). You naturally have a structured and implementation-oriented way of working. You can set up RFI and RFP processes properly and manage them independently. You have a high level of practical experience in processes and methods and, ideally, multiple certifications You are used to communicating at the C-level and have the talent to convey complex content to different levels of the company. You are a committed team player; share your knowledge and integrate quickly into existing teams. You convince with your solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills and can transfer problems or solutions to external situations. Naturally, you speak English and German with ease.
